- At your expense: if you choose to return your order through another carrier.There are no additional taxes or fees for returns within the European Union and Monaco.
Return shipping costs to England and Switzerland: Free*
- Free*: if you choose Schneider & Cie. AG as your carrier to return your product. You will be refunded the full amount of your order. Bogarel pays the return shipping costs, taxes and duties directly to the carrier.
- If you choose to return your item via another carrier, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, taxes and customs duties.

We do not offer any other delivery methods.
Once the order is placed, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming that we have received the order.
Once your order has been dispatched, your can track your order thanks to your tracking number received by email.
What are our delivery times?
The delivery time is between 8 and 16 weeks for all countries to which we deliver.
Why 8 to 16 weeks?
The manufacture of our products requires particular care because:
- We want to offer you quality furniture. For this reason, the products are manufactured in Italy and France by craftsmen.
- Bogarel products are eco-responsible: they are not mass-produced and stored. In order to limit their ecological footprint, they are only finished if you order them.
For all these reasons, you will have to wait 8 to 16 weeks to receive your product at home. Don't worry, the wait is worth it! Your patience will be rewarded.
