Return policy

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return an item.

You have a right of withdrawal for any product purchased on our website bogarel.com of 15 days from the receipt of your order. This right of withdrawal is applicable without any particular reason.

We take care of the return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs within the European Union and Monaco: Free*

• Free*: if you choose the DPD carrier to return your product.
• At your expense: if you choose to return your order through another carrier.There are no additional taxes or fees for returns within the European Union and Monaco.

Return shipping costs to England and Switzerland: Free*

• Free*: if you choose Schneider & Cie. AG as your carrier to return your product. You will be refunded the full amount of your order. Bogarel pays the return shipping costs, taxes and duties directly to the carrier.
• If you choose to return your item via another carrier, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, taxes and customs duties.

When you return an item, it takes between 3 to 14 days for it to arrive at the factory that manufactures our products in Italy. Once we receive the item, we check if the item is in perfect condition and if it has never been used.

To this end, we recommend that you :

• Keep all the packaging of the item, and use it to return the item
• Pack the returned item properly, to avoid damage to the item when returning it
• Do not to use the item
• Store the item in a safe place until it is returned: away from the weather, moisture, heat or any other source of risk to the item.

If the returned item is in perfect condition and has never been used, we will issue a refund within 10 days of receipt of the item in the factory that manufactures our products in Italy.

To return the item from the European Union and Monaco:

1. In the order confirmation email, you will find a "download the return form" link which starts the return procedure on the DPD website.
2. Take the returns form you received with your order and pack it with your item(s). Pack it as much as possible so that it is protected during transport, ideally in the original packaging.
3. DPD will collect your item(s). You can choose where you want DPD to pick up your item(s): at your home, at a neighbour's house, at a DPD point of call or at a DPD depot.
4. When we receive your package, the product is checked. If it meets the conditions for return, i.e. if it is in perfect condition and has not been used, we will proceed with the refund on the original payment method. If the product is not in perfect condition and has been used, we will contact you.

To return the item from England and Switzerland:

1. Contact us so that we can send you the returns form by sending a message from our contact form by clicking here. Be sure to include your order number.
2. Take the returns form you received with your order and pack it with your item(s). Pack it as much as possible so that it is protected during transport, ideally in the original packaging.
3. Schneider & Cie. AG will collect your item(s). You can choose where you want Schneider & Cie. AG to pick up your item(s): at your home, at a neighbour's house, at a Schneider & Cie. AG point of call or at a Schneider & Cie. AG depot.
4. When we receive your package, the product is checked. If it meets the conditions for return, i.e. if it is in perfect condition and has not been used, we will proceed with the refund on the original payment method. If the product is not in perfect condition and has been used, we will contact you.
